Owner Bob Haines’ initial fixation with auto repair started back in his adolescent years and transformed into a full-service auto and emissions repair business as an adult. Beginning with fixing his cars and his parent's cars, Bob took his shot at perfecting his auto repair skills while also doing some street racing and drag racing. Fast forward a few years later, Bob had already worked through various jobs in the 80s and early 90s. It was at this moment that Bob decided to refine his talents and become his own boss. It was in 1993 when Bob opened his full-service garage (without any borrowed money), at a time when quality auto and emission repairs were needed the most. And although being a full-service shop was working out for him, Bob later decided to specialize in diagnostics and emissions.
